Story Times and Duplicate Bridge at the Library

Five things to know today.

Today is Wednesday, September 18. Here are five things to know: 

1) Sunny skies 

Looks like a nice day today. According to the National Weather Service we can expect sunny skies with a high near 73 degrees. Clear tonight with a low around 48.

2) Storytimes 

The Burlington Public Library is holding two story times today. The first is Toddler Storytime for children aged 16-36 months at 10:30 a.m. The second is Preschool Storytime for children 3-6 years old at 11 a.m. 

3) Duplicate Bridge 

The library is also hosting a session of duplicate contract bridge. Come down and play. The event is free and open to all. 

4) Public meetings 

The Land Use Committee is meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall basement meeting room. Click here for the agenda. Ways & Means is meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the main hearing room at Town Hall. Check out the agenda
