Mosquito Spraying to Start Tomorrow

Five things to know today.

Today is Tuesday, July 23. Here are five things to know: 

1) Showers and possible thunderstorm 

Looks like we could get some wet weather today. According to the National Weather Service we can expect showers and a possibility of thunderstorms. Otherwise cloudy with a high near 80 degrees. 

2) Mosquito spraying in Burlington tomorrow 

The East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project will be controlling mosquitoes in neighborhoods of Burlington using truck mounted aerosol sprayers on Wednesday, July 24th and Thursday, July 25th between dusk and 11:30 p.m. Click here for details including spraying locations

3) Board of Health 

The Burlington Board of Health is meeting at 7 p.m. in the main hearing room at Town Hall. 

4) Family concert 

The Burlington Public Library is hosting a free concert featuring children's musician Alastair Moock from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. This concert will have you jumping and dancing in the library! 

5) Concert on the Common 

This week's Concert on the Common features the dance band Jump N Jive Review. The concert begins at 6:30 p.m. and is sponsored by the Burlington Rotary Club.
