1) Sunny but cool-ish
Looks like a nice clear day today. According to the National Weather Service we can expect sunny skies with a high near 62 degrees. Clear tonight and cool with a low around 36.
2) Public meeting
The Board of Appeals is meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the main hearing room at Town Hall. Click here for the agenda.
3) New Career Help
The Burlington Public Library is hosting a Career Transition program from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today. This is a networking and workshop dedicated to providing a 'roadmap to re-employment' for transitioning professionals. It is free and all are welcome.
4) TAG
The Teen Advisory Group is meeting at the Burlington Public Library at 5:30 p.m. this afternoon. The group is open to students in grades 6 to 12. Join the library for discussions on books, movies and teen events and enjoy some pizza.
5) Blood drive
The American Red Cross is holding a blood drive from 1:30 to 7 p.m. today at the Burlington American Legion, 162 Winn St. Do your part and donate today and give the gift of life.
