It could be a store you feel would perform well in the city, or a business that would provide a much-needed service.

First of all, Burlington is a town, not a city. That having been said, I think we could really use nice hardware store - not some huge Home Depot or Lowes, but a convenient Ace or True Value store hardware would be great.
