IMAGES: Entertainer Blows Audience Away with Balloon Show

Enteratianer Sean McDaniel wowed young residents of Burlington and surrounding towns on the Burlington Town Common in a balloon twisting show that was held on Monday.

As McDaniel is known to be one of the leading balloon artists in New England, he is a salesman by day who lives in New Hampshire.

Jim Manning who was helping McDaniel set up for his show said, “He can make about a thousand different sculptures.”

As McDaniel has won numerous twisting competitions, Manning, who is also a balloon twister said they met roughly five years ago at a Balloon Jam where various different balloon twisters get together to twist balloons to see their old/new talents. Manning said they have become close friends after that.

“He’s doing balloon performance,” said Manning. “A lot of people think what’s balloon performance? Are you standing there, and just twisting dogs, and swords?”

To the audience, one may think McDaniel is a clown, but he is not. McDaniel is a balloon artist who twists balloons to make different creations.

“I’m in a similar industry,” said Manning. “I love watching his show. It’s really fun.”
