Ritu ki Rasoi is the only vegetarian restaurant in Burlington, at least that I know, so I suppose it's a shoe-in. The food's good there, but not the best Indian food I've ever had, and there's better in the area. For best vegetarian option, I like Spike's Junkyard Dogs and Stack-A-Burger at the mall. Sure, it's just a burger and dog joint, but it's fun. You can get any variety of toppings, tasty curly fries, and free refills on soda for a decent price. I'm all for high quality, classy, meatless, ethnic cuisine, but, until Burlington wakes up a bit more and gets there, I'm opting for Spike's or eating out of town.
