We all enjoy going to the movies, but with the price of tickets many people have to choose which movies they want to catch on the big screen. Fortunately there is a lot of promise for great movies in 2012.

IMDb.com  has put out a list of the 21 Most Anticipated Movies of 2012, and there are some great titles on the way.

This year we have a good variety of blockbusters on the way. There are movies based on popular novels on the way, including "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" and "Hunger Games." We also have a variety of comic books heroes coming to or returning to the big screen with "The Dark Knight Rises", "The Avengers" and "The Amazing Spider-Man."

Some past favorites are returning with sequels, including a new James Bond movie "Skyfall." The other super special agent, Jason Bourne, returns in "The Bourne Legacy." Other sequels include "Men in Black III", "The Expendables 2" and "GI Joe: Retribution."
