Police Logs: Pumpkin Thrown Through Vehicle Window, Cameras Stolen

Burlington Police Department logs for Oct. 13 to 14.

 

Following are excerpts from the Burlington Police Department log. Note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests included in the daily police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Oct. 13

  • At 1:25 a.m. a Westwood Street caller reported a pumpkin thrown through the window of a motor vehicle.
  • At 2:37 a.m. a College Road caller reported that an unknown motor vehicle crashed into his mailbox and fled the area.
  • At 4:51 p.m. Best Buy reported that two cameras were stolen the night before.
  • At 8:57 p.m. a caller on Cambridge Street reported being run off the road by a silver pick up truck with a couch in the bed. Police checked the area but the vehicle was gone.
  • At 9:25 p.m. a Burlington Woods Drive caller reported a group of ids hanging out in the rear of a parking lot. Police found a group of youths between the ages of 16 - 19 who had alcohol. Parents notified and alcohol confiscated.
  • At 11:53 p.m. a Carter Road caller reported males knocking down mailboxes. Suspect found and will repair in the morning.

Oct. 14

  • At 12:47 p.m. a caller reported a vehicle all over the road near Building 19. Gone when police arrived.
  • At 12:59 p.m. a Mulberry Lane caller reported receiving harassing text messages.
