Burlington Man Indicted For Newton Home Invasion

Trio will be arraigned at a later date.

Three men, including one from Burlington, have been indicted by a Middlesex County Superior Court grand jury in connection with a Newton home invasion.

Vincenzo Alonge, 22, and Richard Siciliano, 29, both of Waltham, and Melvin Jimenez, 27, of Burlington, have been indicted by a Middlesex County District Attorney, according to DA spokesman Jessica Pastore.

Last month in Newton District Court, Alonge and Siciliano were charged, with armed burglary, use of a firearm in a felony and carrying a firearm without a license. Jiminez was charged with armed burglary.

An arraignment date has not yet been set. Technically, the trio are all one case, and future proceedings will decide whether their cases will be split inti individual ones, according to Pastore.

The three men allegedly broke into a Newton home late last year attempting to rob it of drugs and cash.
