Our 90 minute per day, 10 week intensive program focuses on improving each athletes speed, agility, power and flexibility while reducing and preventing injuries. Athletes will be supervised and pushed to their limits each workout by their sports performance coaches who will progressively scale exercises to keep the athlete challenged. No athlete at any time will be put into an unsafe situation; all programs are based on skill level. The athlete to coach ratio will be no bigger than 3:1. Get bigger, stronger, faster and more confident this summer, so you can excel out on the field this fall! Whether your a soccer player looking for faster feet or a cheerleader looking to flyer higher we have the program for you!
ASPIRE 8 POSTURAL AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT: Fitness Together utilizes its proprietary posture and movement screening process to determine weakness and strengths in all athletes’ bodies. All programs will be devised to avoid injury and increase performance.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: All athletes will gain strength through functional movements; this will not be a traditional weightlifting program.
SPEED AND AGILITY: Focus on sprinting mechanics, reaction time and foot speed. Drills and games will be utilized specific to individual sport.
POWER: Explosive training through the use of plyometrics, slam balls and heavy ropes. Put your strength to use with proper form and technique.
FLEXIBILITY: Decrease injury and increase function by dynamic stretching and myofascial release techniques.
